I’m a cheerleader and have Autism and ADHD, so my life is pretty busy with cheer practice, school, and therapy appointments. To stay on top of it all, I've created checklists and planners with my mom's help.

I've turned my journey into a small business on Etsy and share my experiences through some Videos aswell. My mission is to help fellow cheerleaders and girls with ADHD and ASD feel focused, organized, responsible and confident.
